Refund Policy

Are you not satisfied with the delivered product, or simply don't like it, find it uncomfortable, or it's not the right size? You have the option to return the goods without stating a reason within 14 days of delivery. It is necessary for the goods to be undamaged and unworn - without any signs of wear, with the original tags, and in the original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Returns for discounted items will not be refunded; however, they can be exchanged for other items or credited on a voucher.

A fee of 159 CZK is charged for exchanging goods.

If you wish to exchange the goods for another product or size within 14 days, please contact us first. We will gladly assist you in choosing a new item or the correct size. How to return the goods?

3. In response to your email, we will provide you with a return code for our store, which is used for the return shipment.

4. You can return the goods using the Zásilkovna service (for Czechia and Slovakia only)

Please find the nearest Zásilkovna pickup point and notify them that you want to return the shipment to Still Life Store. Attach the printed form and affix the printed label to the package. The pickup point staff will process a confirmation of the shipment with you. The cost of this service is 79 CZK and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Send the goods within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the code.

Refund: The amount for the returned goods will be refunded in the same way you made the payment. The refund will be processed within 10-14 days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse and its evaluation.

Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange and refund.

If you are returning goods from abroad (outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia), send the goods at your own cost and risk to the address we provide to you, recommended with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost shipments.
