Refund and Exchange Policy
Are you dissatisfied with the delivered product, or does it not meet your expectations, fit, or size? You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the product without providing a reason within 14 days of its delivery. The item must also be sent back within this period. The product must be undamaged, unworn, free from any signs of use, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange the product for another item or a different size, please contact us first. Products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are sent back within this period. We will be happy to assist you in selecting a new piece or the correct size.
How to return a product?
Fill out the return form, which you can find here:

Send the completed form to info@stilllife.store.
You will receive a return code from us for the Zásilkovna service, which you can use to send the package back to our store.
Use the Zásilkovna service to return the product. Visit the nearest Zásilkovna pick-up point and inform them that you wish to return a package to Still life store. Provide the return code to the staff.
Include the printed return form inside the package. The staff will provide and attach the label to your parcel. Keep the receipt confirming the acceptance of the package.
The cost of this service is 129 CZK.
The refund amount for the returned goods will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within a minimum of 10 days, but no later than 30 days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse and complete its inspection.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Gift vouchers: Refunds cannot be issued for gift vouchers or purchases made using gift vouchers.
If you are returning goods from abroad (outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia), please send the product at your own cost and responsibility to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages.
