SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We usually prepare goods ordered in our online store for dispatch within 2–5 business days from receiving your order.
In the case of bank transfer payment, dispatch takes place within 2 days of the payment being credited to our account.
In any case, goods are dispatched no later than within one week.
Dispatch times may vary during public or seasonal holidays.
For products marked PRE-ORDER, the delivery time is 10–21 days.
(The expected date is stated in the product description or agreed individually.)
If the product is not marked accordingly or if the delivery time cannot be met for any reason, customers will be informed immediately.
For MADE TO ORDER products, delivery time is agreed individually.
Shipping Options
Zásilkovna – Pickup Point
Personal pickup at one of more than 150 pickup locations.
The pickup point can be selected during checkout.
Orders within the Czech Republic up to CZK 3,000 – CZK 89
Orders within the Czech Republic over CZK 3,000 (pickup point) – Free
Delivery to your address (CZ) – CZK 129
When selecting a pickup point, only currently available locations should be shown, but please verify your selection.
Zásilkovna – Home Delivery
Convenient delivery directly to your home.
Slovakia – pickup point orders up to CZK 3,000 – CZK 109
Slovakia – pickup point orders over CZK 3,000 – Free
Delivery to your address (SK) – CZK 169
Other countries – from CZK 235 and up, depending on the carrier
Personal pickup is arranged only exceptionally.
The final shipping price is displayed at checkout.
1. Transport & Collection
How will my order be delivered?
Delivery is handled primarily via Zásilkovna (and exceptionally via Czech Post).
Most orders are shipped via Zásilkovna/Packeta. Your parcel can be delivered to your home, workplace, or a selected Zásilkovna pickup point.
Please provide your mobile phone number, as Zásilkovna will contact you regarding delivery.
Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 days from dispatch.
If you need your parcel urgently, please let us know — we will always try to find a solution.
Please note that we accept prepaid payments only and do not offer cash on delivery.
How will I know when my parcel is delivered?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification.
Czech Republic: usually 2–3 days
Slovakia: up to 4 days
Other countries: approximately 1 week to 10days.
If you need your tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it.
P.S. A phone number is required in the order, otherwise Zásilkovna/Packeta cannot contact you regarding the delivery date and time.

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order is on its way.

Online Card Payment
We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard.
Payments are processed through GoPay and Shop Payments (Apple Pay & Google Pay).
Payment via these gateways is fast and secure.
Card details are entered on a secure page; we do not store or have access to your card information. We only receive confirmation of a successful transaction.

Orders are shipped after the payment is credited to our account.
Payments are usually credited immediately, but no later than 1–2 business days.
Please make the transfer without delay after placing your order. If payment is not received within 24–48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
This policy prevents blocking limited-stock items for other customers.
