Refund & Exchange Policy
Are you not satisfied with the delivered product, or does it not suit you, fit, or is in the wrong size? You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. The goods must also be sent back within this period.
Returned items must be:
Undamaged and unworn
Free from any signs of use
With original tags and in the original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product or size, please contact us first.
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, and must be sent back within this period.
We are happy to assist you in selecting the correct item or size.
Repairs:
We regret that we do not provide jewelry repairs at this time.
We provide an 18-month warranty for manufacturing defects, which does not cover damage caused by improper handling, mechanical impact, or normal wear and tear. We can recommend a local jeweler to assist with repairs.
How to Return an Item
Fill out the return/exchange form, which can be found here:
Send the completed form to: info@stilllife.store
You will receive a Zásilkovna return code for sending the item back to our store.
Send the item via Zásilkovna/ Packeta:
Visit the nearest Zásilkovna / Packeta pickup point.
Inform the staff that you want to return the package to Still life Store.
Provide the return code to the staff.
Include the printed form inside the package. The staff will provide a label for the shipment.
Keep the receipt for proof of shipment.
Service fee: CZK 169 (deducted from the refunded amount).
Refunds
The amount for the returned goods will be refunded using the same method as the original payment.
Refunds are processed within a minimum of 10 days, and a maximum of 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
You may also return items at your own expense, without using Zásilkovna / Packeta.
Exceptions
Custom-made or made-to-order items: Not eligible for exchange or refund.
Gift vouchers: Cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
International Returns
If returning goods from outside the Czech Republic or Slovakia: Ship the items at your own cost and risk to the address we provide.
We recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered international shipments.
For returns within the Czech Republic at your own expense, we are not responsible for shipments not delivered within the 14-day statutory period or for lost packages.
