Refund policy

REFUNDS / MONEY BACK

You can claim the refund of your purchased goods within 14 days, if the refund exceeds 14 days, unfortunately we cannot accept your claim. Refunded goods must be not used, unworn and in their original condition with original packaging.  You can send it together with the completed Refund Goods Form with a return code. Please contact us, we will generate this code for you.

Once you recieve your return code, please send the goods back to us as  soon as possible. We will not accept late delivery. 

We will require your order confirmation or receipt of your purchase for all refunds. 

Under no circumstances should you send the claimed goods by Cash on delivery option. It will not accepted.

We will deal with and handle your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery.

Unfortunately, if we have 14 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To establish a right to a refund, your claimed goods must be unused and in the condition in which you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a confirmation or proof of purchase to complete the refund.  

Money Back

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or refusal of a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a certain time. If you have not yet received a refund, check your own bank account. Then contact the company that issued your credit card, it may take a long time for your refund to be officially charged back to your account. You can also contact your bank. Transfer often takes some processing time. If you have done all this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us at info@stilllife.store.

Sale or Discounted items
Only items with non discounted prices or non sale items can be returned, unfortunately it is not possible to return goods from sale. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@silllife.store Please, contact us before sending:  info@stilllife.store.

You will be responsible for covering own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the goods will be deducted from the refund if applicable.Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.  If you are transporting goods over CZK 399, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
