SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We prepare goods ordered in our online store for dispatch usually within 3 working days of receiving your order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, then within 2 days of crediting the amount to our account. We ship the goods within a week at the latest.

Shipping times may vary during public or seasonal holidays.

For goods marked PRE-ORDER, the delivery time is 10-21 days.
(The date is marked in the product description or determined by agreement) 

If jiank goods are not marked or if it is not possible to meet this deadline for any reason, we will inform customers immediately. 

For MADE TO ORDER orders, the goods are delivered according to the agreement. 

Transport:

Post office - personal collection at one of more than 150 collection points*. The branch can be chosen at the checkout.

Czech Republic order up to 2500 CZK - 79 CZK 

Order from the Czech Republic over CZK 2,500 per delivery point - Free 

Delivery order to your address - CZK 109 

When selecting branches, only places that are still available should be offered automatically, please check your selection.

Post office - delivery to your address, conveniently to your home. 

Orders at the SK delivery point up to 2500 CZK - 89 CZK

Orders to the SK delivery point over CZK 2,500 - Free

Order to your SK address - CZK 149 

Order to other countries CZK 235 and above, depending on the carrier. 

We only arrange personal collection on an exceptional basis. 


*COVID 19 - if you have already dispatched a shipment from us and the selected branch is currently closed due to government regulations, you will be automatically redirected to the nearest delivery point and you will be notified by SMS.

1. Shipping and collection

How will my order travel to me?

- Sending via Zásilkovna (and exceptionally with Czech Post) 

We send most orders via Zásilkovna. Your parcel will be delivered to your home or work or to the delivery point of the Post Office of your choice. Please leave us your mobile number in case the Post Office will contact you. Standard delivery usually takes one to three days from the day the shipment is cleared. If you need your package as soon as possible, please let us know, we always find a way (we run to the post office right away and send it). Please note that we only accept payments in advance, which means we do not provide cash on delivery.

- How will I know when my shipment will be delivered?

We'll let you know when we send it. Standard delivery within the Czech Republic usually takes 2 to 3 days, shipping to Slovakia can take up to four days and other countries approximately one week. If you need your shipping number, please let us know and we will be happy to send it to you. 

p.s. It is necessary to fill in your phone number in the order, because otherwise the company Zásilkovna cannot contact you regarding the date and time of delivery.

Dispatched from 2-5 working days, but within 21 days at the latest - products with extended shipping are indicated in their labels, if you do not find this notification, they are dispatched within 2-5 working days. 

* Or within 2 days of receiving payment. After your order has been dispatched, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail that your goods are already on their way.

Payment

Online payment card 

We accept online payments with Visa and MasterCard. Payment is made via the GoPay payment gateway. 

Payment through this payment gateway is safe and fast.

You enter your payment card details via the secure GoPay website. We do not know or store the card data and we only receive a confirmation of a successful transaction.

The order will be sent after the payment is received on the account. Payment is usually credited within 1-2 days.

We ask for an immediate transfer when ordering without delay - If we do not receive payment within 2 or max. 3 days, we are sorry, the order will be automatically cancelled. In this way, we want to prevent the retention of a limited number of items for other customers. Please contact us if you have any problem with the prepayment.
